2009 BET HONORS

To start out Black History Month right, we have to start with the BET Honors. It premieres on Monday, February 9th at 8 pm. To get more information about this show, you can log onto BET.Com and get a lot more information that I am going to be giving to you. The main point of the BET Honors is to honor and cherish our black community and our achievements.

The Host for the show is the one and only Gabrielle Union. She is very beautiful and successful. You might know her from the first Bring It On, Bad Boy II, Daddy's Little Girls, and she was even on Ne yo's video hit, "Miss Independent."

Performers for this ceremony will be Keyshia Cole, Monica, Stevie Wonder, Ne yo, Queen Latifah, Yolanda Adams, Anthony Hamilton and a lot more. A lot of what these artists are going to be performing are tributes to those who have made our black entertainment industry what it is today. Some people who are being nominated for awards are Mary J. Blidge, Tyler Perry, Magic Johnson, B. Smith, James Clyburn, and a lot more.

This is going to be a great night for those who love black culture and music and want to see who are getting honored for making our culture as wonderful as it is.
